– By international agreement, trademark registration in one country is an international registration.
– Proper trademarks are NOT copies or semi-copies of someone else’s intellectual property.
– Only properly attuned Golden Tera Mai™ Reiki initiates who are abiding by Buddha’s Tera Mai™ Standards (give and receive ONLY Tera Mai™ initiations) may freely use my trademark, Tera Mai™, and the new Tera Mai™ logo. (see below)
– Individuals who break this rule leave themselves open to being sued by their own students.

Thanks Kathleen,John and I have met with Alberto and have set up Tera Mai™️ Academy Ireland. We are talking to him about a cloned website so that we all look the same and are saying the same message (John and I have bought the sites to get started). He also added us to a Tera Mai™️ Academy International Group with students you have met from Canada, Denmark, UK and we are getting to know each other. John and I also had a meeting of all current students where we outlined how this Academy will preserve the proper Tera Mai™️ legacy and only abide by Buddha’s Tera Mai™️ standards as outlined by Kathleen Milner.
